Well, Hebrew is not my mother language, so I started learning it when I was Six years old and now I speak it better than my actual mother language. I can tell you that the best way is to learn the basics, like elementary vocabulary and grammar, and just speak with people if you have this opportunity. also watching movies\ tv in Hebrew can help a lot!
