I have heard of that book before, although i find bosses form my experience either try to direct from a text book or from their own instincts. Usually they should do the other but thats just how it seems to work out lol.

well I suppose it depends on what work place and what atmosphere you were intending on creating? The atompshere for a construction crew is going to be different than those working in an insurance office. Every work place can be impvored, but ultimately it comes down to the workers who populate it? A balance has to be struck between productivity and cromraderie. If the balance is on uneven and favours one more than the other for too long long term difficulties arrise. What are your thoughts?
